Research Areas:

The Research Division is the public service arm of the College of Administration and Business.

1. The Division has research and analysis expertise and experience in economics, workforce development, and demographics. Our past work has included clients from federal, state, and local government as well as business and industry.

2. Comprehensive biennial evaluation of the state's economic development programs for the Department of Economic Development;
Production of Official Louisiana State Population Estimates for Department of Treasury;
State Data Center: maintain, program, analyze, and distribute economic and demographic data for news media, governmental agencies, and private entities;
Population and employment projections;
Economic impact assessment for private and public clients.
