Director conducts workshops on Anglo-American constitutionalism in Eastern Europe and throughout the U.S. Conducts annual meetings of the Eric Voegelin Society in conjunction with American Political Science Association. The Institute publishes an annual Newsletter(in July); it also organizes the annual meetings of the Eric Voegelin Society, held in conjunction with the American Political Science Association's conventions each year and attracting upwards of 500 scholars from the U. S. and abroad. The Institute is the main support entity coordinating publication of the monumental series entitled The Collected Works of Eric Voegelin now appearing in 34 volumes. Of these, some sixteen volumes will be published by the year 2000, including the 8-volume subset entitled History of Political Ideas. The Director is Series Editor of the History and a member of the Editorial Board of the overall project.
